I actually liked the clothes, but the delivery experience wasn’t great. My order arrived later than the date they originally gave me, and the tracking didn’t seem to update for a few days, so I ended up having to email to ask what was going on. It did eventually show up, and everything was fine once it arrived, but it was still frustrating. I’d probably be hesitant to order again if I needed something for a trip or an event

The packaging was alright overall, not terrible or anything!! The box did show up a little squished, which had me worried for a second... but luckily the item inside was totally fine. I just kinda expected it to feel a bit nicer for the price, you know??

The return process was really simple and hassle-free. I didn’t have any issues getting it done...

Maybe it’s just me, but while the website looks good and was easy to browse overall, parts of it felt a bit clunky. The photos loaded fine for me, but a few pages seemed slower than expected, and I had to click around more than I wanted to find the right sizes and styles. Checkout was fine and not confusing, so it’s definitely usable — just not the smoothest shopping experience.

I ended up buying a dress from saylor.nyc during one of their sales, the discount made me feel a lot better about going for it. I had been going back and forth for a bit, but once I saw the sale price show up correctly at checkout with no weird extra surprises, I felt like it was a safe buy.

The dress is really cute and I wanted to like it, but the fit was kind of strange on me. The waist felt tight, while the top was a bit loose, so it just didn’t sit quite right... I thought about sizing up, but I’m not sure that would actually fix the issue.

I’ve worn my saylor dress a bunch of times at this point, i’m kind of impressed. I was fully expecting some loose seams or weird stretched-out fabric after a wash because that seems to happen way too often with dresses lately, but nope. It still looks really good. The fabric feels sturdy without being heavy or annoying to wear, which is apparently not as easy to find as it should be. Overall, I’m really happy with it and it seems like it’s going to last a while.

I had to return something, and the refund came through faster than I expected. The whole process wasn’t totally perfect, but it was easy enough and went smoothly overall.

I got a dress from saylor it looks really cute on. The style is and it photographs well, so I can see why people like it. But am I missing something with the comfort? The fabric felt fine at first, then after wearing it for a few hours, the seams started feeling a little itchy.

I ordered a dress from saylor, and I’m sure it’s one of the cuter pieces I’ve bought lately. It has that fun, girly vibe without feeling like it’s trying too hard, which I really liked.

The little design details stood out to me the most, especially the shape and the fabric touches. I wore it out the first night and got a few compliments, so I guess it was a win. The fit was mostly right too, at least close enough that I felt comfortable in it.

In person, the color was more of a dull grey-blue, not really the fresh blue shade from the photos. I know screens can make colors look a little different, and lighting is always a thing, but this didn’t feel like a small difference. It changed the whole feel of the dress.

For the price, I just expected the photos to be more accurate. I kept trying it on in different rooms like maybe the light would help, but no, it still looked off. I wouldn’t order again

I ordered a dress and the fabric feels really nice, not that cheap thin kind you sometimes get online. The stitching looked good too, so that was a plus. I’m happy with it overall... just took one star off because the fit was a little different than I thought it would be. Still cute though.

My only small complaint is that shipping could’ve been a little faster, so I’d just recommend ordering with some extra time if you need it for a specific date
